Meet the Lagree Fitness Mini, Lagree Fitness’ first ever commercial-grade option for home and studio use. Twice the size and nearly three times the weight of the Micro, the Mini provides more versatility and space for serious Lagree Method movements. Whether you’re a fitness lover or a Lagree studio owner, the Mini sets the bar high. As with all Lagree Fitness machines, the Mini delivers a low-impact, high-intensity full-body workout that builds muscular strength, endurance, and core strength, all while improving balance and flexibility.
With a larger platform that the Micro, the Mini’s platform provides more areas to place the feet and hands during pressing movements. The Mini’s angling technology makes its first-ever debut with the launch of the Mini, providing you with six platform positions: Flat, 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, and 90°. The platform can also be used in a full vertical lift as a handlebar. With the platform lifted, users can perform many of the most effective and intense exercises in the Lagree Fitness repertoire.
