How long does shipping take?

Note that some products are made to order and can take 2 weeks before it's shipped. Average shipping is between 10-20 business days. Expect a wait time of 4-5 weeks+ for products on back order. An email will be sent out after a product that may be on back order is purchased to confirm if the customer is comfortable with the wait time. Please contact customer support for specific product delivery times. 

Once item is shipped, an email will be sent out to the customer with tracking information. If you have no received this email, the product has not yet shipped. It may be still in production or on back order.

How does the delivery process work?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships from the warehouse. It’s important to make sure you’re available when your package arrives. You’ll be responsible to be present for the delivery. If you miss your delivery, you will need to reschedule a delivery date and time.

Once you received your package, it’s important to inspect it before signing for it to identify any shipping damage. You’ll need to contact us via email and have it returned to the manufacturer if so.

What does is curbside delivery, and what should I expect?

Curbside delivery means your package will be dropped off at the curb. You will most likely need additional assistance to get the package inside your residence. Plan on asking a neighbor or friend for assistance. Most of the time assembly is quick and easy once it’s in the location of choice. You’ll be responsible for removing any packaging materials.

Please add Pilates Assembly if you would like a technician help carry inside your home and assemble your equipment and for you. 

 

 

 

How can I cancel my order?

We can honor a 100% refund if your product is cancelled within 24 hours. It’s important to contact us as soon as possible when trying to cancel an order. Please submit your request in writing including the order number, product, and your contact information. We will try our best to cancel for you. If the product is in production or already shipped, then you will need to follow our return policy instructions. You will be accountable for any shipping costs and a 3% processing fee on credit card transactions. If the product as not shipped, a full refund or exchange can be made easily by contacting us. 

Can I return my order?

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Our Customer Services Support Team is here to assist you. To return a returnable item to Pilates Connector, Buyer must send an email to Support@PilatesConnector.com within 24-72 hours of your original purchase date.
Non-Returnable 

Unless covered by warranty, these products are not returnable:

  • Custom products: any product ordered with custom upholstery or equipment configuration.
  • Equipment: reformers, wood reformers, trapeze and mat tables, reformer/trapeze combinations, reformers with towers, chairs and ladder barrels.
  • Non-equipment products: springs, twin mat conversions, wall tower mats.
  • Sale items: Items purchased at a sale price
  • DVDs: opened DVDs are not returnable unless defective. Defective DVDs may be exchanged for an identical replacement.
Return Procedure
Orders with missing pieces or defective will fall under warranty and can be returned.
  • Reference your order number as proof of purchase 
  • Returned items must be in their original condition, including any retail packaging, in order to be accepted.
  • Photos of damage or defect must be sent to Support@PilatesConnector.com
  • If the item arrived damaged or was not what you ordered, Pilates Connector will pay the return shipping cost. For all other returns you are responsible for the return shipping cost and for any damage or loss during shipment back to us.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER LABOR CHARGES ASSOCIATED WITH REPLACING COVERED COMPONENTS. PART(S) REPAIRED OR REPLACED UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY WILL BE WARRANTIED FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE ORIGINAL WARRANTY PERIOD ONLY. Stamina Products Inc. warrants our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of the original purchase from an authorized retailer. In the event that a product becomes defective, please contact us by phone at 1-800-375-7520.

If the defect is under the limited warranty, you may be requested to return the product or part to us for repair or replacement. Stamina Products Inc. reserves the right to require the customer to pay for the return shipping of the item.

Warranty information on a specific product can be found toward the back of the Owners Manual or you can call us at 1-800-375-7520. The warranty will not apply to any product that has been subject to commercial use, abuse, misuse, or any type of modification by the consumer.

To confirm your rights as described in the warranty statement, be sure to complete the Product Registration Card and mail it to us promptly! Or register on-line here.

    The Company warrants that all new equipment is free of manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials, subject to the terms below.     SPORTLINE

      • Goods delivered are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for 2 (two) years from the date of delivery. Main frame has life-warranty. Sportline Pilates shall repair or replace any unit or product or part of such product that proves to be defective within the warranty time period. Company will replace worn out parts & distressed upholstery within the warranty time frame.
      • It is the purchaser's responsibility to notify the Company of any change of contact information. This will ensure that in the unlikely event of a replacement or safety notice the company will be able to contact you immediately. Company may reach out if product upgrades are required.
      • Please inspect your order upon delivery. Missing parts fall under warranty. A claim that the order is missing parts must be made within 5 (five) business days of delivery. The warranty applied while equipment remains in the possession of the original owner with a receipt including purchase date.
      • Owners product will be considered null and void from the warranty terms and conditions if the user doesn’t follow maintenance and safety guidelines. This warranty does not apply to user errors. If the equipment is used outdoors, experiences weather damage, improper use, abuse, improper storage conditions, and unforeseen damage. Warranty does not cover possible shipping charges, and/or customs fees.

    FUSE LADDER" LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY 

    Terms of Limited Lifetime Warranty Fuse Ladder LLC offers the following limited lifetime warranty, for the periods as stated below from the date of purchase, to the original owner of 

    their products, upon presentation of an original invoice in their name. 

    Light Commercial Warranty allowing for a maximum usage of 27.5 hours per week. Our manufacturer will repair or replace any mechanical part that malfunctions due to defects in materials and/or workmanship during the warranty period. The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, damage due to negligence or misuse, abuse, modification or unauthorized repair; scratches to the finish, and tears or indents in the upholstery. Fuse Ladder will, at its discretion, repair or replace any parts deemed defective during the warranty period. If we opt to repair or replace your apparatus, this may require that your product be returned for inspection at our premises prior to sending out replacement apparatus. Parts repaired or replaced under the terms 

    of this warranty will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period only. This warranty does not cover shipping charges, customs clearance fees (where applicable), or any costs incurred in installing repaired or replacement parts shipped under the provisions of this warranty. This warranty will be null and void if springs are not changed as specified, or if all safety, maintenance and usage instructions as specified in the manuals are not observed, or if the equipment is used for any other purpose other than exercises in the Pilates repertoire, or if the equipment has been 

    subjected to accident, abuse, improper service, or modification not authorized by Fuse Ladder. 

    Duration of Limited Warranty 

    • Metal Frames & Welded Components - 10 year warranty 
    • Other Non-wear and Tear Components - 2 year warranty 
    • Ropes, Straps, Spring Clips, Handles - 1 year warranty 
    • Springs - 2 year/3,000 hours warranty is given on all springs, expecting that a decrease of 5% of the spring power per 1,500 hours usage is acceptable according to international standards. Springs should be replaced after a maximum of 3,000 hours use or 2 years, whichever is earlier

    In the event of any signs of damage or wear springs should be replaced immediately regardless of age or usage. 

    - Upholstery - The upholstery fabric on the Fuse Ladder will be replaced if it fails to give normal wear for 90 days from the date of delivery. Proof of 

    damage may be required. This warranty does not cover cuts, scratches, burns, stains, soiling, or damages caused by unreasonable use such as wearing jewelry or inappropriate clothing while using the equipment. We reserve the right to substitute an equivalent fabric if an identical fabric is not 

    available. Upholstery must be properly cared for as laid out in the manual. 

    Warranty Return Procedure You must call Fuse Ladder or its Authorized Distributor for authorization prior to returning the equipment. The customer is responsible for the cost of 

    returning products to Fuse Ladder (or their appointed Distributor) for warranty adjustment should this be deemed necessary. The customer is responsible for any damage or loss incurred during shipment back to Fuse Ladder (or their appointed Distributor). The customer is responsible for the cost of return freight to them in the event Fuse Ladder declines to make a warranty adjustment. Fuse Ladder does not accept responsibility for any 

    items returned without a pre-approved authorization number, which must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. 

    Limitation of Liability The above is our exclusive warranty and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for any 

    purpose. In no event shall Fuse Ladder or their Distributors be liable for incidental, consequential or punitive damages. 

    PRIVATE PILATES

    WARRANTY CONCEPT:

    1. The warranty for products shall expire two (2) years after the invoice date of the purchase
    2. Anti- bactarial leather parts, soft straps are not included in warranty

    The warranty is void if:

    1. Products are incorrectly installed and /or installed by non-qualified persons.
    2. The equipment is not in the ownership of its first buyer.
    3. The equipment has been subject to an accident, neglect, misuse, any kind of abuse or deterioration due to causes other than normal wear and tear.
    4. Products are incorrectly installed and /or installed by non-qualified persons.
    5. Original pieces have been substituted by non-original pieces.
    6. The equipment is not in the ownership of its first buyer.
    7. The warranty does not cover damages like rips, cuts, burns, spots, damages of cleaning materials that had not been approved by Private Pilates, damages of atmospheric conditions and improper use of the good.
    8. Once proven the defect or inconsistency of material or manufacturing, Private Pilates will repair or substitute the defect part or the whole part, according to valuation of necessity.
    9. The repaired or substituted parts will maintain their warranty for the remaining period of the original equipment.
    10. Warranty does not cover shipping damages.
    11. Warranty does not cover shipping fees, custom fees or any kind of costs to install shipped pieces.
    12. In no case, warranty will give authorization for indemnity for direct or indirect damages caused to persons or objects.

    ALIGN-PILATES LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

    Terms of Limited Lifetime Warranty
    Align-Pilates offers the following limited lifetime warranty, for the periods as stated below from the date of purchase, to the original owner
    of their products, upon presentation of an original invoice in their name. The warranty is a Light Commercial Warranty allowing for a
    maximum usage of 27.5 hours per week.

    This warranty will be null & void if springs are not changed as specified or, if all safety, maintenance and usage instructions as specified in
    the manuals are not observed or, if the equipment is used for any other purpose other than for recognized Pilates repertoire or if the
    equipment has been subjected to accident, abuse, improper service, or modification not authorised by the Align-Pilates.


    Duration of Limited Warranty

    1. Metal & Aluminum Frames & welded components - 10 year warranty
    2. Wooden Frames, Gear bar and foot bar mechanisms - 5 year warranty. Wooden frames must not be positioned next to convection radiators or air conditioning units.
    3. Other non-wear and tear components - 2 year warranty
    4. Ropes, Straps, Spring Clips, Handles, Fuzzies, Wheels, foot straps, Rotational disks & powder coating - 1 year warranty
    5. Springs - 2 year / 3,000 hours warranty is given on all springs, excepting that a decrease of 5% of the spring power per 1,500 hours usage is acceptable according to internationally standards. Align-Pilates Springs should be replaced after a maximum of 3,000 hours use or 2 years, whichever is earlier. In the event of any signs of damage or wear springs should be replaced immediately regardless of age or usage.
    6. Upholstery - The upholstery fabric on Align-Pilates equipment will be replaced if it fails to give normal wear for 90 days from the date of delivery. Proof of damage may be required. This warranty does not cover cuts, scratches, burns, stains, soiling, or damages caused by unreasonable use such as wearing jewellery or inappropriate clothing whilst using the equipment. Align-Pilates reserves the right to substitute an equivalent fabric if an identical fabric is not available. Upholstery must be properly cared for – do not use chemical sprays or industrial soaps. Align-Pilates recommend using GymWipes (www.2xlcorp.com/contact-us/) to clean upholstery and wipe down equipment.

    Limitation of Liability
    The above is our exclusive warranty and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or

    METALIFE WARRANTY

    Your MetaLife product is warranted against manufacturing defects that have been duly verified by Metalife Ind. And Com. De Móveis Ltda. Or by its authorized technical assistance network, during the legal term of 03 (three) months, counted from the date of the invoice, with MetaLife granting 21 (twenty-one) months free of charge as an additional guarantee, totaling 24 (twenty-four) months as a longer term, following the classification below:

    • 03 (three) months ropes, upholstery, fabrics, rubbers and in cases of displacement or corrosion in surface finishes such as paints (including varnish), chrome plating, nickel plating and zinc plating;
    • 06 (six) months hardware, plastic parts and springs (only against the breaking of these pieces);
    • 24 (twenty-four) months structural parts in wood or metal that are subjected to structural stresses.

    The serial number, invoice number, type and / or model of the equipment must be supplied in order to request the guarantee and facilitate its service.

    The legal and / or extended guarantees are automatically invalidated if:

    • The use of the product is not exclusive to exercises defined by the pilates method;
    • Parts, tools, or substances (lubricants, cleaners, etc.) not indicated in the equipment manual and / or non-original are detected;
    • The guidelines, recommendations, and specifications in the equipment manual for use, pre-use inspections, product reviews and preventative maintenance are not followed, and these costs are not covered by MetaLife;
    • In the installation of the product, the specifications and recommendations of the equipment manual are not observed for the conditions of the installation site of the product, such as leveling and stability of the floor, suitability of the site for installation, use of suitable tools and failure to comply with the assembly steps;
    • There has been an improper use, misuse or if the product has undergone changes or aesthetic and / or functional changes, as well as, has been carried out by persons or entities not authorized by MetaLife Ind. And Com. De Móveis Ltda;
    • There are signs of product violation, removal and / or tampering of the serial number or product identification label and springs, replacement of parts by others that are not original or not authorized by Metalife Ind. And Com. De Móveis Ltda.

    The legal and / or extended warranties do not cover:

    • Expenses with the installation of the product performed by persons or entities not authorized by Metalife Ind. And Com. De Móveis Ltda;
    • Expenses arising and resulting from the installation of parts and accessories that do not belong to the product, even those sold by Metalife Ind. And Com. De Móveis Ltda., Except for those specified for each model in the equipment manual;
    • Expenses with labor, materials, parts and adaptations necessary to prepare the place for installation of the product;
    • Failure to operate the product due to lack of user knowledge in the pilates application;
    • Services and / or expenses for maintenance and / or cleaning of the product;
    • Failures in the normal operation of the product due to lack of cleaning and excess waste, or due to the existence of objects foreign to the operation and purpose of use;
    • Transport of the product to the final location of the installation;
    • Products or parts that have been damaged as a result of removal, handling, falls or acts and effects arising from nature, such as oxidation, exposure to moisture or rain, flood, tornado, seismic events, etc.;
    • Costs of inspection and diagnostic processes (including technical visit fee) determining that the failure was caused by reason not covered by this warranty;
    • Expenses arising from sending and returning the product for maintenance;
    • Displacements for products that are installed outside the headquarters of the Metalife technical assistance center, which may charge the locomotion fee of the technician, previously approved by the consumer, according to the mileage table used by Metalife Ind. And Com. De Móveis Ltda. authorized service center Metalife;
    • Parts worn by natural use such as handles, upholstery, rubber trim, springs, ropes, carabiners, handles, as well as the workmanship used to replace these parts and the consequences of such occurrences.

    General considerations:

    • Metalife Ind. And Com. De Móveis Ltda. Does not authorize any person or entity to assume on its behalf any other responsibility related to the guarantee of its products other than those set forth herein;
    • Metalife Ind. And Com. De Móveis Ltda reserves the right to alter general, technical and aesthetic characteristics of its products, without prior notice, and this guarantee term is valid for products sold and installed in the Brazilian territory;
    • For your peace of mind, preserve and maintain the warranty term, the equipment manual and the invoice of purchase of the product always in hand;
    • In order to prevent the equipment from being sent to the Metalife factory where it would be analyzed, we suggest sending photos and / or videos related to your request to facilitate the issuance of the report, which will make your service even faster;
    • It is the responsibility of the owner of the equipment any and all occurrences that may cause physical and / or material damages to third parties due to improper use, improper installation, lack of accompaniment of a professional accredited in the pilates method or even by the lack inspections (before each use), preventive reviews and maintenance of all Metalife equipment, according to the owner’s manuals that accompany the products;

    What is Pilates Assembly™?

    Pilates Connector has partnered with Handy, the leading platform for connecting you with top-quality, pre-screened independent assembly service professionals. You don’t have to do it alone.

    Our trusted assembly team will help carry your package into your home and set it up for you. Pilates Reformer deliveries will require two people to carry it. This is a great option if you have a medical issue and don’t have someone to help you carry your reformer inside. The  assembly service includes (2) technicians who arrive at the date & time of your delivery appointment.

    Do I need to order Pilates Assembly with my order? 

    All Pilates Reformers are packaged differently. Some Reformers will need more assembly than others. Not all Reformers require assembly service. Some Reformers are already 90% put together. The most difficult part is moving the packaging inside. The packages can range anywhere from 100 lbs-500 lbs, and can come in an 8 foot long box. If you aren’t sure, please feel free to send an email to Support@PIlatesConnector.com for further support and our team will confirm if you should add the service or not. 

     

    How much does the Pilates Assembly Service cost?

    Pilates Assembly service is a flat $300 fee which includes (2) Technicians bringing your packaging inside, assembling it, and removing the packaging for you. We can also move the reformer up flights of stairs if needed for an additional fee of $200 as well. Please make sure to inform us if you need to move your item to higher level as it’s not automatically included in the service fee. 

     

    What does FREE Delivery mean?

    Free delivery means there’s no additional fee for shipping & delivery. Shipping & delivery is free on all products listed on our site. Please note, the free delivery will include curbside delivery only. 

     

    Who arranges the assembly appointment?

    The delivery company and the assembly team are two separate companies. We help you coordinate the delivery & the assembly at the same time. We will send you detailed instructions about the process, so you know what to expect. We make it easy for you! The delivery company will contact you to arrange a date & time for the delivery. Simply let us know once your delivery appointment is confirmed, and we will do the rest to get your assembly team scheduled. 

     

    What happens if there’s issues with the assembly team such as running late, or only one tech showing up?
