Sportline™ uses original single-piece wood for the cases of our products! Made with 100% real single hornbeam wood piece for the frame. Product cases made from single-piece hornbeam and beech woods are not the ready plate or coated material. All Sportline™ metal parts are chromium and do not show dirt and stain. All Sportline™ products are produced in Turkey. They are manufactured using top-quality products in the markets.

WARRANTY:
Sportline™ warrants its products shall be delivered free from manufacturing defects. Each equipment is pre-assembled and independently tested for the necessary verification test. The warranty for products shall expire two (2) years after the invoice date of the purchase and includes all the pieces of equipment. The main wood frame has a lifetime warranty. Sportline™ shall repair or replace any unit or product or part that proves to be defective. Any defect, vice, or deformity to what is ordered of any part of the equipment must be reported to Sportline™ as soon as possible after discovery and, in any case, not later than 5 days from the date of delivery.
How long does shipping take?
Note that some products are made to order and can take 2 weeks before it's shipped. Average shipping is between 10-20 business days. Expect a wait time of 4-5 weeks+ for products on back order. An email will be sent out after a product that may be on back order is purchased to confirm if the customer is comfortable with the wait time. Please contact customer support for specific product delivery times.
Once item is shipped, an email will be sent out to the customer with tracking information. If you have no received this email, the product has not yet shipped. It may be still in production or on back order.
How does the delivery process work?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships from the warehouse. It’s important to make sure you’re available when your package arrives. You’ll be responsible to be present for the delivery. If you miss your delivery, you will need to reschedule a delivery date and time.
Once you received your package, it’s important to inspect it before signing for it to identify any shipping damage. You’ll need to contact us via email and have it returned to the manufacturer if so.
What does is curbside delivery, and what should I expect?
Curbside delivery means your package will be dropped off at the curb. You will most likely need additional assistance to get the package inside your residence. Plan on asking a neighbor or friend for assistance. Most of the time assembly is quick and easy once it’s in the location of choice. You’ll be responsible for removing any packaging materials.
Please add "Assembly by Handy" if you would like a technician help carry inside your home and assemble your equipment and for you.
How can I cancel my order?
We can honor a 100% refund if your product is cancelled within 24 hours. It’s important to contact us as soon as possible when trying to cancel an order. Please submit your request in writing including the order number, product, and your contact information. We will try our best to cancel for you. If the product is in production or already shipped, then you will need to follow our return policy instructions. You will be accountable for any shipping costs and a 3% processing fee on credit card transactions. If the product as not shipped, a full refund or exchange can be made easily by contacting us.

Limited Warranties and Exclusions
Balanced Body warrants and represents that the products listed below shall be free from defects in materials or workmanship for the duration of the warranty period for such product. This warranty extends only to the original Buyer. At Balanced Body’s sole option, we will repair, replace or refund the purchase price of any defective product covered by the foregoing warranty. Any return of products to us pursuant to the foregoing warranty are sometimes referred to in these Terms and Conditions of Sale as a “Warranty Return.” In order to make a Warranty Return, you must follow the Warranty Return Procedure below.

- Lifetime Warranty
- Standard wood frames on all Reformers, Trapeze Tables and Reformer-Trapeze Combinations. A standard frame is defined as a frame that has not been modified or altered from its original specifications by Balanced Body.
- 10 Years from date of Invoice
- Allegro® Reformer frames and footbars, Ladder Barrels, Step Barrels, Wunda Chairs, Combo Chairs, Arm Chairs, Wall Towers, Ped-o-Pull, Springboards, Towers and Foot Correctors. See exclusions below.
- 5 Years from date of Invoice
- Rialto™ Reformer, CoreAlign®, Orbit™, EXO® Chair, Pilates Sport® Reformer and Begin Chair®. See exclusions below.
- 3 Year Warranty
- Custom wood frames on all Reformers, Trapeze Tables and Reformer-Trapeze Combinations. A custom frame is defined as a frame that has been modified or altered from its standard specifications.
- 2 Years from date of Invoice
- Pilates IQ® Reformer (for non-commercial use), and moving parts are limited warranty to 2 Years from date of Invoice. Balanced Body Signature Springs™ are also limited warranty to 2 years from date of invoice, or after 3,000 hours of usage (whichever comes first).
- 1 Year from date of Invoice
- Wood storage furniture, rotator discs, oversized standing platforms, BAC disc set, Spring Circle, Flex Ring Toner®, Balanced Board, Pilates Arc™, Arc Lite™, CoreFitnessRoller®, MOTR®, Bodhi Suspension System®, Konnector®, Konnector® Lite, Oov and Sitting Box Lite.

Equipment limited warranties
The Company warrants that all new equipment is free of manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials, subject to the terms below. This warranty becomes effective at the invoice date of the original purchase. Parts repaired or replaced under the terms of this warranty will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to notify the Company of any change of contact information. This will ensure that in the unlikely event of a replacement or safety notice, the company will be able to contact you immediately.

SPORTLINE™
- 2 Year Warranty
- Goods delivered are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for 2 (two) years from the date of delivery. Main frame has life-warranty. Sportline Pilates shall repair or replace any unit or product or part of such product that proves to be defective within the warranty time period. Company will replace worn out parts & distressed upholstery within the warranty time frame.
- It is the purchaser's responsibility to notify the Company of any change of contact information. This will ensure that in the unlikely event of a replacement or safety notice the company will be able to contact you immediately. Company may reach out if product upgrades are required.
- Please inspect your order upon delivery. Missing parts fall under warranty. A claim that the order is missing parts must be made within 5 (five) business days of delivery. The warranty applied while equipment remains in the possession of the original owner with a receipt including purchase date.

Owners product will be considered null and void from the warranty terms and conditions if the user doesn’t follow maintenance and safety guidelines. This warranty does not apply to user errors. If the equipment is used outdoors, experiences weather damage, improper use, abuse, improper storage conditions, and unforeseen damage. Warranty does not cover possible shipping charges, and/or customs fees.

MAD DOGG ATHLETICS, INC. WARRANTS TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER THAT OUR EQUIPMENT WILL BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN WORKMANSHIP AND MATERIALS. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER LABOR CHARGES ASSOCIATED WITH REPLACING COVERED COMPONENTS. PART(S) REPAIRED OR REPLACED UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY WILL BE WARRANTIED FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE ORIGINAL WARRANTY PERIOD ONLY. THIS WARRANTY BECOMES EFFECTIVE UPON THE INVOICE DATE OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE FROM AN AUTHORIZED PEAK PILATES® DEALER ONLY. PEAK PILATES® RETAINS THE RIGHT TO EITHER REPAIR, REPLACE OR REFUND THE PRICE OF ANY DEFECTIVE COMPONENTS UNDER THIS WARRANTY.
